TrakItAll is a small, easy to use program that tracks all your business transactions . . .Hence the name - TrakItAll. All income and expense transactions, along with the transaction date and tax exempt status, are easily entered from the main window and mileage transactions are entered in a small pop-up. This information is stored for easy retrieval by the TrakItAll Reports.

The items in the income and expense windows can be easily edited, removed, or new items added to suit your specific business. The categories you use in these windows will be displayed in your income and expense reports. The main TrakItAll window displays the current profit or loss of your business in REAL-TIME! This keeps you informed of exactly how your business is performing. The total income is displayed with the total expenses displayed underneath in parentheses. Total profit is displayed below the expenses in black and loss is displayed in RED. These numbers update with each transaction that is entered! You are constantly aware of the performance of your business. And that's not all! TrakItAll also displays the year-to-date performance of your business for the previous year! Not only can you see this year's profit at a glance, you can also compare your current profit to last year's profit without going to a report!

TrakItAll contains a unique feature that simplifies the process of submitting state sales reports. TrakItAll will generate a report showing total sales, total taxable sales, and total non-taxable sales. Plus the report groups the nontaxable sales by the reason for their exemption. Whether you pay state sales tax monthly, quarterly, bi-annualy, or annually all you have to do is print the Sales Tax Report and transfer the information to your state's tax form.
